What to Expect 

This Rumble of the Bumble is a free environmental, community-driven event promoting Ypsilanti businesses and artists, featuring live professional wrestling, interactive education stations, a childrens vending market and learning center, and more buzzing activities!

Professional Wrestling 

Pro wrestlers battle it out in the ring for the ultimate win. Who will win the match between our hero, Bruce Buzzbee, the world's largest bumblebee, vs the Pesky Pesticides? Come to the Rumble of the Bumble and find out!     

Entertainment  

• Roaming Performers: Breakdancers, DJs, fluttering butterflies, and surprises along the way.   
• Unique Vendors: One-of-a-kind handcrafted goods offered from Ypsi makers and organizations.
• ​Activities: Arts and crafts, interactive exhibits, games, prizes, children's market and learning center.
• Live Music: Groove to rock, folk, jazz, and dancing tunes. End the night with a dance party and light show.
• Wellness Experiences: Sound baths, wellness practitioners, massages, reiki, singing bowls, and more. 

Where to Park  

East Cross Street will be open to pedestrians during the festival, with nearby parking available. Depot Town offers free, metered, Passport App and kiosk-paid parking within a short distance to the event. View city parking maps here:​

An Exciting Weekend  

Rumble of the Bumble coincides with and is supported by First Fridays Ypsilanti, featuring free activities, music, art shows, and more in Ypsi. Stay at a nearby hotel or book a room at the historic Inn, The Newton, located less than one mile from the event.

August BUZZHOPP

The Buzz Hopp is a collect 'em all player punch card game promoting the Rumble of the Bumble and Depot Town restaurants and bars. Through August, visit these locations and sample the Pollinator themed signature cocktails (non-alcoholic available).
