First Friday Food Court is a monthly community gathering in downtown Ypsilanti featuring local food vendors, music, chalk art, free board games, and rotating family-friendly activities. Hosted at the Ypsilanti Farmers Marketplace during YPSI First Friday, the event creates a welcoming space for neighbors, families, artists, and food lovers to gather, connect, and celebrate local creativity and culture.
Each month features a curated lineup of food businesses alongside interactive activities such as movie nights, workshops, poetry, community art, and more. Whether stopping by for dinner, bringing the family for activities, or spending the evening downtown with friends, First Friday Food Court offers a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere for all ages.
